Ticket Purchase FAQ
How does the online queue system work?
Visitors may begin entering the online queue at 9:30 a.m. At 10 a.m., everyone already in the queue is randomly assigned a sequence. Any new visitors that join the queue after 10 a.m. will be served in the order they joined.
Why do you have an online queue?
Our online queue prevents our servers and ticketing system from getting overloaded.
Once I enter the online queue, do I need to keep my browser open?
Yes, to stay in the queue, please keep your browser window open.
Can I purchase tickets by phone?
Yes, but please note that we have limited phone lines and staff available to process orders by phone.
Can I purchase tickets in person?
We recommend credit and debit card purchases be made online or by phone. Cash and check ticket purchases may be completed in-person at the Gardens.
Can I purchase tickets to more than one event in the same transaction?
Yes, make sure to select “Add to Order” before proceeding to a different event to purchase tickets. We recommend completing the purchase for Glow at the Gardens tickets first and then purchasing additional fall event tickets in a new transaction.
Are tickets in my shopping cart reserved for me?
Tickets in the shopping cart are not reserved until the transaction is complete. We recommend completing the purchase for Glow at the Gardens tickets and then purchasing additional fall event tickets in a new transaction.
I purchased my tickets online, but I haven’t received a confirmation email. Did it work?
On busy on-sale dates, confirmation emails may not arrive until a couple hours after completing the purchase. Confirmation emails are sent from “Do Not Reply ATMS” and may automatically filter to junk or spam folders. Please contact our Resource Center at 720-865-3500 (daily, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.) if you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours.
Can I buy other courses or programs on this day?
Yes, but due to the high demand of event tickets, we recommend that you avoid making your purchase between 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. on August 25 and 29.
If I run into problems buying tickets online, what should I do?
Will any events sell out during the member presale?
Many dates and time slots for Glow at the Gardens will likely sell out during the member presale. For all other fall events, some time slots may sell out, but it is unlikely the entire event will sell out during member presale.
Can I become a member and purchase tickets during the member presale at the same time?
No, unfortunately you cannot purchase a membership and member tickets in the same transaction. We recommend purchasing or renewing your membership prior to August 25, especially if you are interested in purchasing tickets for Glow at the Gardens. On high volume days, member account activation can experience lag time, delaying access to member-priced tickets.
How do I access member-priced tickets?
Use the email address you provided when your membership was set up. You will need to log into your account first to access member-priced tickets. We recommend logging into your account prior to the on-sale date to ensure you know your log-in credentials. You can email email@example.com or call us at 720-865-3500 for further assistance. Please note that response times on the on-sale dates will be longer due to the increased volume of emails and calls.

If you receive this messaging, make sure you are using the email address associated with your member account. Please try logging out of your online account and log-in again. Which membership levels receive early access?
All membership levels receive early access to our fall event member ticket presale beginning August 25 at 10 a.m.
What if I want to bring additional guests to a fall event?
Everyone over the age of 3, including the member, will need a ticket for any of our special events. You can purchase additional tickets for your guests at the member price during the member presale.
When will tickets to Blossoms of Light and Trail of Lights be available for purchase?
Member tickets will go on sale on November 3 at 10 a.m.; general public tickets will go on sale November 7 at 10 a.m.
