Spring Events & Programs Information

Reservations and registration for major spring events and programs will be available in early April.

Member Presale (staggered release based on membership level):

  • April 10, 10 a.m. – President’s Circle, Garden Leader, Director’s Circle, Four Seasons, Patron, Supporter, Gardens Plus
  • April 11, 10 a.m. – Friends & Family
  • April 12, 10 a.m. – Dual Plus, Individual Plus 

General public reservations open April 15, 10 a.m. for Spring Plant Sale.
General public registration on sale April 15, 10 a.m. for spring programs.

 

  • Timed reservations for Spring Plant Sale and registration for spring programs must be made in advance; availability is limited in each time slot. Reservations/registration will not be available to be made onsite.
  • Group pricing is not available for special events. Become a member for discounted prices.
  • Reservations or purchase subject to availability; membership does not guarantee ticket to a program or event.

Ticket Order FAQ

How does the online queue system work?

Visitors may begin entering the online queue at 9:30 a.m. At 10 a.m., everyone already in the queue is randomly assigned a sequence. Any new visitors that join the queue after 10 a.m. will be served in the order they joined.

Why do you have an online queue?

Our online queue prevents our servers and ticketing system from getting overloaded.

Once I enter the online queue, do I need to keep my browser open?

Yes, to stay in the queue, please keep your browser window open.

Can I order tickets by phone?

Yes, but please note that we have limited phone lines and staff available to process orders by phone.

Can I order tickets in person?

We recommend credit and debit card purchases be made online or by phone. Cash and check ticket orders may be completed in-person at the Gardens during general admission hours.

Can I order tickets to more than one event in the same transaction?

Yes, make sure to select “Add to Order” before proceeding to a different event to order tickets.

Are tickets in my shopping cart reserved for me?

Tickets in the shopping cart are not reserved until the transaction is complete.

I ordered my tickets online, but I haven’t received a confirmation email. Did it work?

On busy on-sale dates, confirmation emails may not arrive until a couple hours after completing the order. Confirmation emails are sent from “tickets@botanicgardens.org” and may automatically filter to junk or spam folders. Please contact our Resource Center at 720-865-3500 (9 a.m. – 5 p.m. daily) if you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours.

Can I buy other courses or programs during ticket on-sale dates?

Yes, but due to the high demand of event tickets, wait times may be longer Wednesday, April 10 – Friday, April 12 and Monday, April 15.

If I run into problems ordering tickets online, what should I do?

You can email info@botanicgardens.org or call us at 720-865-3500. Please note that response times on the on-sale dates will be longer due to the increased volume of emails and calls.

Member FAQ

Which membership levels receive early access?

All membership levels receive access to the member presale, though the release date varies by membership level. Upgrade your membership for earlier access by calling the Resource Center at 720-865-3500.

Will these events or programs sell out during the member presale?

Some time slots may sell out, but it is unlikely the entire event will sell out during member presale. Education programs with limited capacity or dates may sell out during member presale. Membership does not guarantee tickets to events or programs.

Can I become a member and order tickets during the member presale at the same time?

No, unfortunately you cannot purchase a membership and member tickets in the same transaction. We recommend purchasing or renewing your membership prior to April 5. On high volume days, member account activation can experience lag time, delaying access to member-priced tickets.

How do I access member-priced tickets?

Use the email address you provided when your membership was set up. You will need to log into your account first to access member-priced tickets. We recommend logging into your account prior to the on-sale date to ensure you know your log-in credentials. You can email info@botanicgardens.org or call us at 720-865-3500 for further assistance. Please note that response times on the on-sale dates will be longer due to the increased volume of emails and calls.

I forgot my password; how can I log in?

We recommend logging into your account prior to the on-sale date to ensure you know your log-in credentials. You can reset your password online, however the reset email may be delayed during high volume times. You can email info@botanicgardens.org or call us at 720-865-3500 for further assistance. Please note that response times on the on-sale dates will be longer due to the increased volume of emails and calls.

Why am I getting a message that my membership doesn’t exist?

If you receive this messaging, make sure you are using the email address associated with your member account. Please try logging out of your online account and log-in again. If presented with messaging to “select a membership term,” please select your current membership before proceeding to tickets. If this issue continues, you can email info@botanicgardens.org or call us at 720-865-3500 for further assistance. Please note that response times on the on-sale dates will be longer due to the increased volume of emails and calls.

What if I want to bring additional guests?

Everyone ages 3 and up, including the member, will need a ticket for any of our special events or programs. You can order additional tickets for your guests at the member price during the member presale for your membership level.
