Singing Bowls at the Gardens

Join intuitive sound artist, Ann Martin, and her family of singing bowls and gongs for a harmonious, sound healing meditation. Experience first-hand how to stop the mind chatter and bring the brain and body to a place of uncommon peace. The event concludes with a full spectrum of healing frequencies from the 36" OM Gong, to vibrate and harmonize every cell. Bring centering, awakening and blissful balance to your world! June: Colorful Summer Sounds

Reclined experience Inviting the mind to see colors inspired by harmonically beautiful sounds is a highly effective meditative tool. Science calls this “synesthesia” or “seeing the sound.” Watch as the mind creates without rules, labels or boundaries as you submerge in this soothing sound bath.

August: Echoes of the Sun

The singing bowls and gongs provide a soothing sound bath for transition from summer to fall. Use this pause between seasons to connect with nature’s rhythms and reflect on summer’s gifts, as you embrace passage into autumn.

September: Sound Vision Quest

Explore a visioning sound journey to connect you with the inner self, personal insight, and guidance from a deeper source. Music from Native American flute, quartz crystal bowls, gong and shaman drum artfully combine with elements of visualization, meditation and symbolism.

November: The Gratitude Frequency

With this meditative sound journey, allow yourself to bathe in the harmonic frequencies of 432 Hz, known as “the gratitude frequency.” This tuning resonates with the heart and is believed to promote appreciation, peace and connection.

December: Comfort and Joy

Open the heart, settle into deep comfort, and take a sound journey into the joy of the season. Float on waves of gentle harmonic resonance from the crystal harp, gong, and singing bowls...the perfect gift for you to take into your busy holiday time.

Ann Martin is an internationally known musician, healer, educator and soundscape artist who brings a contemporary approach to singing bowls and gongs. She combines 35 years in the healing arts with 40 years as a professional musician to bring a fresh perspective to mindfulness, presence and wellness. Her meditative concerts offer a new level of insight around working with sound as musical medicine.
