Seedlings: Pollination Exploration
Join us as we celebrate National Pollinators Week. Learn about the critters that help our gardens grow and create a pollinator friendly project to bring home with you.
Ages 3-6 years: Tuesday, June 23, 9:15 – 10 a.m. or 10:30 a.m. – 11:15 a.m.
Ages 3-6 years: Wednesday, June 24, 9:15 – 10 a.m. or 10:30 a.m. – 11:15 a.m.
Ages 24-36 months: Thursday, June 25, 9:15 – 10 a.m. or 10:30 a.m. – 11:15 a.m.
Ages 18-24 months: Friday, June 26, 9:15 – 10 a.m. or 10:30 a.m. – 11:15 a.m.
Seedlings classes offer a fun, hands-on way for young children to explore the plant world while developing an understanding and appreciation for plants and their importance. Programs include stories, nature walks and art projects.
Fee: $13 per toddler/preschool, $11 toddler/preschooler member; one adult per child is admitted free of charge. Additional adults and non-participating siblings should purchase or reserve general admission tickets.
Program Location: York Street; Seedlings programs have indoor and outdoor components. Participants should come prepared to spend time both indoors and outdoors.
Audience: Families with children ages 18 months to 6 years.
Cancellations: Cancellations more than one week prior to a class are subject to a 15% cancellation fee. Cancellations with less than one week’s notice are non-refundable.
