What to Know Before You Visit

• View or print a map of the Gardens or utilize the GPS-enabled map to track your location and find your favorite gardens on our mobile app. Physical maps will not be available onsite.
• Denver Botanic Gardens occasionally closes early for special events. Here is a list of early closures.

How to Check In

• The tickets can be presented on your mobile device or printed from the email attachment that you received. Email confirmations and receipts will not be accepted as tickets. 
• Upon arrival, please scan your ticket in the Bonfils-Stanton Visitor Center or Freyer – Newman Center. 
• Tickets can be printed or scanned from your mobile device. Please have your tickets available and ready to expedite entry.

During Your Visit

Enhance your visit! In addition to the wide range of gardens and collections, be sure to explore other areas of the Gardens that are included with admission.

• The Freyer – Newman Center art galleries are open. Here are current and upcoming exhibitions. 
• Sturm Family Auditorium films are for public viewing. The film schedule varies; here are film times. 
• Learn and discover in the Science Pyramid. 

Amenities

• Free parking is available in our parking garage, accessible from either York Street or Josephine Street.

• Stay hydrated while not contributing to landfill waste. Bring your own water bottle and refill it at our bottle-refill stations.
• Help support sustainability by using the compost and recycling bins around the Gardens. The Gardens has a three-bin waste system: landfill waste, recycling and compost. We are actively working with the City of Denver and local compost facilities to remedy current obstacles to composting locally. For the moment, we continue to collect compost throughout our site.

Inclement Weather

• The majority of the Gardens is outdoors, please plan accordingly.
• The Gardens is open rain, snow or shine. In the event of any weather-related closure, the Gardens will refund or exchange impacted tickets.

Refunds and Exchanges

• General Admission tickets are not valid for special events including Glow at the Gardens, Blossoms of Light or other specially ticketed events.
• Tickets are non-refundable.
