Transformation Hub

A Natural Place for Leaders to Connect

Transformation Hub is a nature-based leadership experience for business and community leaders committed to environmental sustainability, innovation, restoration and inclusive impact. Through immersive gatherings, participants explore systems thinking, collaboration and purpose-driven leadership rooted in care for people and the planet.

Throughout 2026 and 2027, Denver area leaders will engage in an immersive learning journey centered on how connection – to people, to nature, and to essential resources like healthy food and clean water – cultivates flourishing leadership. The experience culminates in a cross-cultural leadership immersion in Sicily, Italy in September of 2027, followed by the application of these insights back in Denver to help advance resilient, thriving communities.
