Yoga Flow & Foundations
This all-levels class is designed for students stepping onto the mat for the first time or those looking to deepen their practice. Flow through postures that promote alignment, flexibility, focus, endurance and balance. Gain a better understanding of alignment, movement and technique as we drill down into specific asanas. Questions are encouraged, and every class offers an opportunity to learn something new.
As a former dancer, Sasha began studying yoga in 2006 and trained with Dave Porter, Lisa Richards, Alanna Kaivalya, Steph Schwartz, Rusty Wells, Janet Stone, Annie Carpenter, Ally Hamilton, and Shiva Rae. Her studies include Thai Yoga Massage, Yoga Nidra, advanced anatomy, neuroanatomy, physiology, and breath work/pranayama. Sasha leads workshops, classes, retreats, and facilitates trainings as well as continuing education immersions. This is where her true passion lies - helping others enhance their health and wellness through diverse yogic practices.
