Modern Florals in Gouache

Gouache is an opaque watercolor paint that works well for bright, graphic images. Start with a visit to the gallery to view The Place of Flowers: Works by Daisy Patton. Head back to the classroom to practice color mixing and creating opaque and translucent colors, before you create a modern interpretation of your favorite botanicals.
