Luxury Spring Escape at Los Poblanos
Treat yourself to a luxurious getaway at Los Poblanos Historic Inn and Organic Farm, where 25 acres of gardens and lavender fields provide a serene backdrop for an unparalleled experience. This estate stands as a premier cultural landmark in the Southwest, uniquely blending historic preservation, regenerative agriculture, and world-class hospitality. As New Mexico's only lodging destination to hold the prestigious Two MICHELIN Key distinction, the property is celebrated for its restorative atmosphere and commitment to "slow travel." Its architectural prestige is rooted in the Pueblo Revival style, as the 1932 design by John Gaw Meem features significant works by artists Gustave Baumann and Peter Hurd. The inn's culinary and agricultural excellence—highlighted by the nationally acclaimed Campo restaurant and a signature artisanal lavender program—cements its status as a global brand ambassador for the "Generous Life" philosophy.
Throughout your retreat, you immerse yourself fully in the farm experience. You enjoy workshops led by clinical herbalist extraordinaire Susan Evans on lavender, culinary herbs, and garden-inspired cocktails, and you participate in farm tours and lavender distillation demonstrations. For further relaxation, you indulge at the Hacienda Spa, take a yoga class, or explore the Rio Grande valley on complimentary bikes. This is your invitation to relax, be pampered, and delight in a five-star experience that showcases the beauty and restorative qualities of the season.
