Italian Cheeses and Salumi

In this class we will discuss the different regions and styles of Italian cheese and Salumi throughout Italy and potential pairings for them. There will be 5-6 Italian pairings. We will discuss the main cheese and Salumi making regions and the history of them throughout Italy. This class will run 60 minutes and if you have a favorite bottle of Italian wine that you would like to pair with cheese please bring it.
