Flourish: Gentle Yoga & Breath at the Gardens
As the gardens awaken, so can you. Join us for a Friday morning practice of gentle yoga, meditation and breathwork designed to harmonize body and mind. This all-levels class offers a supportive reset at the close of the week, inviting participants to release stress, reconnect with their breath and prepare for the weekend.
Special Instructions: Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle and any layers you might need to be comfortable during class. Advanced registration is required.

Cat, founder of Kintsugi Yoga School and Seek Yoga Collective, has more than 5,000 hours of teaching experience and 1,200 hours of advanced training. She has led dozens of teacher trainings worldwide and integrates power vinyasa, kriya, mantra, mudra, meditation and Tantric philosophy into her work. Cat’s teaching has reached thousands, from sold-out sessions at Yoga on the Rocks to professional athletes such as the Denver Broncos.
