Drawing Bonsai in Pen & Ink

Tour the Bill Hosokawa Bonsai Pavilion with Gardens staff and choose a live specimen to draw. Learn to capture the gesture and unique posture of your subject with loose pencil sketching techniques before working in micron pens. Step-by-step instruction and demonstration help to expand inking skills.

Prerequisites: Experience in pen & ink recommended

Fee: $315 member, $375 non-member
