Decorating Cookies Using Plant-Based Food Dyes

In this course, students learn about plant-based food dyes and will practice mixing them to achieve desired colors in royal and buttercream icings. Each student takes home a wealth of knowledge and 4 cookies decorated themselves. Students should have some experience with cookie decorating to get the most out of this program.
