Creative Wellness: Finding and Maintaining Inspiration
Learn introductory mindfulness techniques to help you slow down and create with intention while you focus on finding the inspiration and joy to create. Explore a variety of drawing exercises and learn to establish positive routines for your creative practice. The course may be taken for elective BI credit. Some materials are supplied.
