Cookie Decorating: Advanced Level

In this course, students will practice advanced-level cookie decorating techniques on pre-baked shortbread cookies. The course will cover common cookie decorating materials, royal icing consistencies, mixing colors, and piping tips and tricks. Each student takes home a wealth of knowledge and 4 cookies decorated themselves. Students should have some experience with cookie decorating to get the most out of this program.
