The Art of the Dish Garden
Move beyond the basic potted plant and learn the skills of miniature landscaping. This two-hour class focuses on the principles of scale, focal points and texture using various plants as the medium. Be guided through the technical side of "dish ecology", how to pair plants with similar light and water needs and tips and tricks to get around clashing needs, while styling a sophisticated, long-lasting display. Leave with a custom-made garden and the knowledge to recreate the process for every season. All materials and plants are supplied.
This class fulfills an elective requirement for the Rocky Mountain Gardening full series certificate program.
