As the garden shakes off its winter slumber, early-blooming natives and fresh green growth bring a sense of renewal. Learn how to design for spring interest with layered textures, staggered bloom times, and pollinator-friendly plants that thrive with minimal water.



Summer: Bold Color, Smart Design

Summer is the season of abundance. Discover how to use drought-tolerant perennials, grasses, and shrubs to create vibrant, low-maintenance displays. We’ll discuss how to group plants for visual impact and water efficiency, ensuring your garden stays resilient through the heat.



Each class fulfills an elective requirement for the Rocky Mountain Gardening full series certificate program.
