Science Studio for Homeschoolers: From Plants to Paper

Plant fibers are used to make a number of everyday items such as paper, rope or t-shirts. Join us to take a closer look at how plants are used to make paper. Try your hand at making your own unique paper.

Science Studio offers families a guided classroom experience to investigate the  intersection of art, science and the natural world. Each studio session examines a natural or scientific concept through hands on exploration.  After the exploration, be inspired by nature to create using materials related to the program's theme!
