Chatfield Farms Private Events Alcohol Policy

  • Alcohol consumption is permitted only within private rental spaces during private events. 
  • The sale of alcohol is prohibited. 
  • All alcohol must be served by an eTIPS-certified bartender who carries liability insurance.
  • Any alcohol deliveries must be pre-approved by Chatfield Farms staff and handed directly to the event's catering or bar staff. 
  • Chatfield Farms will not accept alcohol deliveries on behalf of clients, caterers or bartenders. 
  • Alcohol may never be left unattended on the property.
