Family Workshop at Plains Conservation Center: Cooking on the Wood Burning Stove

Mix, measure, churn and chop to create a meal on the 1800s wood burning stove. The menu will include corn and potato chowder, fruit muffins, fresh butter, homemade applesauce and molasses cookies. All recipes are vegetarian and nut-free. This workshop is designed for families with children ages 5-12.
