Private Guided Tours

Private tours for adult groups of four to 60 guests are available by request. Private tour requests are subject to availability and must be requested at least 3 weeks in advance. Tours last approximately 45-60 minutes and include general admission to the Gardens.

You may choose from the themes below. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate requests for special topics.

• Natural History Collections at York Street

For groups under the age of 18, including school, scout or youth group visits, please contact School Groups by emailing school.groups@botanicgardens.org. 

Requesting a private tour:

• Use the form linked at the bottom of this page to submit your requested date, time and group size; if your preferred date is not listed, it is unavailable.
• A staff member will email you within 7 days of receiving your request.
• If confirmed, an invoice and payment link will be sent to the email address submitted on the request form. We cannot accept payment over the phone or in person.
• Online payment in full is required within 7 days of receiving your invoice. Changes to group size are not permitted once your invoice has been sent.
• If your requested date or time cannot be accommodated, we will provide alternate options.
• After payment is received, an automatic confirmation with additional arrival information will be sent to the email address on file.
• If payment is not received or details change, your request may be cancelled, and you will be required to submit a new request form. Tours are not considered confirmed until the invoice is paid in full.

Private tour pricing is based on group size.

• 4-10 adults: $200, $135 Member, $100 Student
• 11-20 adults: $330, $200 Member, $150 Student
• 21-30 adults: $550, $330 Member, $250 Student
• 31-40 adults: $630, $465 Member, $350 Student
• 41-50 adults: $810, $595 Member, $450 Student
• 51-60 adults: $990, $725 Member, $550 Student

If a Denver Botanic Gardens member is booking the tour, the member rate will apply to the entire group.

• All tours include general admission to the Gardens.
• Private tours are not coordinated with other programs or departments. You assume all responsibility for any additional activities you plan at the Gardens.
• All tours are subject to early closures and seasonal hours.
