Schools & Teachers Programs Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations less than two weeks prior to your school group visit are subject to a 15 percent cancellation fee. Fees will not apply to cancellations due to school closure or delayed opening, Gardens closure or delayed opening, a legitimate emergency, or if your secured transportation cancels.
- Prepayment is required two weeks prior to your school group visit; for unpaid programs we may not have the space or staff required to run your program which could result in denied entry.
