- Open Air Chapel and Amphitheater: Expansive outdoor spaces for keynote presentations or performances with a backdrop of the foothills
This indoor/outdoor setting features dimmable market lighting and farmhouse chandeliers. The space is highly brandable with customizable JellyFish trim lighting that can be set to your corporate colors. The sliding barn doors and retractable walls integrate the amphitheater lawn, perfect for large-scale tenting, inflatables or outdoor presentations.

The terrace is centered around a large cottonwood tree laced with white string lights. Wine barrels and cocktail tables are provided to ensure a turnkey experience that highlights the garden’s natural beauty. Located next to the Stables, the Prairie Garden Terrace is the perfect space to welcome guests.

The ideal executive hub or green room. This indoor space is fully equipped with a projector, screen and Bluetooth A/V capabilities. It also can serve as a staging area or catering prep for larger events.

The red barn has a natural, wood interior illuminated by ceiling string lights, creating a warm environment for keynote speeches and formal dinners. The attached paved patio and lawn offer flexible space for pre-dinner drinks or lawn games with views of the foothills.

Treat your VIPs or entertainers to a private retreat. This historic home features a wraparound porch and multiple indoor rooms, perfect for a quiet lounge or cocktail-style mixers.

For a unique gathering spot, the Yurt offers a furnished, circular setting ideal for small groups. It serves as a hospitality suite or a home base for teams participating in the Corn Maze, open mid-September to early November.

This is Chatfield Farms’ newest venue which opened in 2025. Market Square is a dedicated food truck venue featuring a large, paved area for catering, a covered area for a bar and a tented reception space. It is a great choice for companies looking to host a creative, open-air festival.
