Chatfield Farms Private Events Alcohol Policy

Alcohol consumption is permitted only within private rental spaces during private events. The sale of alcohol is prohibited. All alcohol must be served by an eTIPS-certified bartender who carries liability insurance. Any alcohol deliveries must be pre-approved by Chatfield Farms staff and handed directly to the event's catering or bar staff. Chatfield Farms will not accept alcohol deliveries on behalf of clients, caterers or bartenders. Alcohol may never be left unattended on the property.
