Chatfield Farms is 700 acres of what was once ranched by the Hildebrand and Green families. The site is nestled against the foothills of the Rocky Mountains and trees line the banks of the Deer Creek that runs through the facility.
Chatfield Farms is home to historical buildings dating back to the 1800s, 2.5 miles of nature trails and numerous wildflower gardens.
Currently booking for 2023 and 2024.
Three farmhouses, two barns, farm structures and the one room Deer Creek schoolhouse remain on the property. One barn and farm house and the schoolhouse have been renovated to hold private events. Incredible views of the foothills and surrounding gardens can be seen from all locations.
