Learn 24 modern ways to clear the mind and relax the body using Himalayan singing bowls. Play many types of bowls and experience ways to use them for meditation activities. No yoga mat needed.
September - Giving and Receiving
In this hands-on class, work with singing bowls in ways that help ourselves and others. Experience giving and receiving the therapeutic benefits of sound and vibrations by using the bowls as a wellness tool in a seated sound treatment routine. No yoga mat is needed.
November - Sound Self-Care
Experiment with singing bowl techniques to use in a restorative wellness practice: deepen breathwork, expand visualization, sharpen focus, decrease pain, release negativity and much more. Bring a yoga mat to recline on the floor.

Special Instructions: These classes are for adults. No prior experience is necessary. Singing bowls are provided for use during class only, and a workbook is offered to take home.
