Charcoal Drawing Fundamentals

Explore charcoal drawing techniques through fun, mark-making exercises and creative investigations into organic forms. We will take inspiration from seasonal plants in the classroom and direct observation of flora in the gardens. This bold, dramatic medium will allow us to render with a full range of value, strengthen observational skills and examine fascinating natural subjects.
