Drawing Nests in Mixed Media

Gain an understanding of how different birds construct their nests, including locations, materials and methods. Explore additive and subtractive ways to build a nest drawing by studying the works of other historical and contemporary artists. Through exercises, practice the pros and cons of graphite, charcoal, color pencil and watercolor as mediums for nest drawings.
