Photographs are a wonderful way to remember your visit to Chatfield Farms. We encourage visitors to take casual photographs for their own personal use. The Photography Guidelines outlined from the link below are intended for all guests. Non-professional photographers taking photos for their own use and enjoyment are required to pay the posted entrance fee into Chatfield Farms but are not required to pay a photo access fee.

Any photographer using images as the background for portrait or landscape photography for commercial purposes, including: wedding, family, engagement, prom, graduation photographs or similar, is required to pay a commercial photo fee.

Photo Fee

  1. Commercial (profit-making) photography: A fee of $350 per photographer and/or artist per day. For photos intended to be sold for commercial purposes in advertising, educational materials, on the web, etc.
  2. Portrait photography: A fee of $75 per photographer and/or artist per day. For photos utilizing our facility as the background for family, engagement, wedding, senior, prom, graduation photos or similar. Annual pass available for $150.

Photo Guidelines and Application

Any person(s) accompanying the photographer is required to pay entrance fee of $5/car. Each photographer will be issued a “photo pass” for the day of the photo shoot. Pre-payment and approval is required before admitting photographers. Annual Portrait Pass may be purchased in advance at the Chatfield Farms Earl J. Sinnamon Visitor Center. Current photographers with annual passes need to have shoot date and time pre-approved and show their access card at the Visitor Center. Facility rental clients celebrating wedding ceremonies, receptions or other special occasions scheduled at Chatfield Farms are welcome to take photographs during their rental time at no additional fee.
