Savory Shortbread Hors D'oeuvres

In this course, students learn how to pipe roses out of soft cheeses to decorate savory shortbread hors d'oeuvres. Each student takes home a wealth of knowledge and 4 savory cookies. Students should have some experience with cookie decorating to get the most out of this program.
