How to Build a Cheese Board

In this class we will discuss the principles of making a cheese and charcuterie tray. So Damn Gouda will supply several types of cheese and accouterments to pair and add to create your own platter.. We will discuss and try cured meats and potential themes for making your own cheese trays for any events or gathering. This class will run for 60 minutes and will include a small platter to take home from the event. This class will be very interactive and attendee input is encouraged.
