Figures in the Landscape

Blend figure drawing with nature and narrative in this new class. View the exhibition Terra Incognita: Paintings by Andrea Kowch for inspiration, then work with a live model to take dramatic references photos in the gardens. The photos become source material to create an enigmatic work of art in the medium of their choice. With ongoing guidance and support from the instructor, learn the basics to depict a figure in nature in your own style.

Prerequisites: Drawing experience recommended

Fee: $180 member, $216 non-member
