Drawing Pointsettias

Native to Mexico and Central America, the poinsettia plant has long been adored for its lasting, brilliant red bracts and green leaves. Spend the day amidst the Gardens' holiday poinsettia display, looking closely at these blooms and sketching their form. Instructor-led demonstrations enhance your ability to translate what you see onto your paper and capture the brilliant colors of these seasonal plants in colored pencil.

Prerequisites: Drawing experience recommended

Fee: $115 member, $135 non-member
