French Cheeses

In this class we will discuss the different regions and styles of French cheese and food cultures throughout France and potential wine pairings for the cheeses. There will be 5-6 French cheese pairings. We will discuss the main cheese making regions and the history of cheese throughout France. This class will run 60 minutes and if you have a favorite bottle of French wine that you would like to pair with cheese please bring it.
