Vinyasa, Violins and Vino: Art Edition

Begin by browsing the newly opened indoor galleries of the Freyer Newman Center with live music in the atrium then move outdoors for vinyasa yoga with live violin music. Rejuvenate in our urban oasis with an hour-long class in the Gardens. End the evening by relaxing with violin accompaniment. BYO wine and beer are permitted.

Yoga Instructor: Blake Burger, certified yoga instructor and horticulturist at the Gardens.

Musicians:

Brittany Erickson is a classical violinist living in Denver, Colorado.

Monticue Connally is a local Denver performer weaving plant teaching into his songs.

Special Instructions: Please bring your own yoga mat, water, food and beverage or adult beverage of your choosing. Be sure to bring valid ID if consuming alcohol. Food and non-alcoholic drink can be purchased at the Hive Garden Bistro.

This is a rain or shine event; yoga will be practiced under the large amphitheater tent. Yoga will begin promptly at 6:30 p.m., please arrive early enough to get settled in.
