A Singing Bowl Meditation How-To for Self-Care and Wellness

Singing bowls bring harmony and balance to life, and make meditation easy, fast, and FUN! Sound energy practitioner, Ann Martin, teaches modern ways to clear the mind and relax the body using Himalayan singing bowls. In this hands-on class, experiment with playing many types of bowls and experience ways to use them for self-care. Singing bowls have been used for centuries to help soothe the body, calm the mind, heal the psyche and awaken the spirit. The class concludes with mini meditations with the bowls so you can take a higher vibration with you as you greet your world.

 

Note: Singing bowls are provided for use during class only and a workbook is offered to take home.

 

Each month will have a different theme:

 

January - Self-Care

Learn to use a singing bowl for pain relief, better sleep, less stress, and much more. Singing bowls are provided, but if you have one, bring it!

 

February - FUNdamentals Class

Learn the basics behind playing and using a singing bowl many different ways to help yourself and others. Singing bowls are provided, but if you have one, bring it!

 

March - Better Living

Experiment with playing many types of bowls and experience different ways to use them to improve your life: sleep better, improve focus, stop pain, amplify creativity, mellow out, tune-in to intuition, crush negativity, unleash confidence, be your BEST SELF! This "hands on" class allows you to pick your bowls and work with them for a truly personal experience.

 

May - Making Meditation FUN

Learn modern ways to clear the mind and relax the body using Himalayan singing bowls. Experiment with playing many types of bowls and experience ways to use them for meditation activities.
