Girl Scouts Eco Adventure for Junior and Cadettes at Plains Conservation Center
Girl Scout Juniors and Cadettes will explore the prairie to learn about what nature gives us and how we can give back to nature. Scouts will take a wagon ride onto the prairie to see the plants and animals, build an animal house, and learn how to collect scientific data about the ecosystem. This program meets all requirements for the Juniors Animal Habitats and Cadettes Eco Trekker Badges.
Program Location: This program takes place at Plains Conservation Center, 21901 E Hampden Ave Aurora, CO 80013 (Entrance is at the corner of E Hampden Ave and S Picadilly Rd).
Audience: Girl Scout Juniors and Cadettes
Program Fee: $12 per Girl Scout; 1 adult for every 5 scouts is admitted free of charge. Additional adults pay $7.00.
Registration Instructions: Please register the number of Scouts and Adults who will be attending the program to ensure we have space and materials to accommodate all registrants.
Cancellations: Cancellations more than one week prior to a class are subject to a 15% cancellation fee. Cancellations with less than one week³ notice are non-refundable.
