Fitness in the Gardens

Fitness in the Gardens is a 60-minute course that incorporates dynamic stretching, running, and high intensity interval training using functional fitness and body weight movements. This class is perfect for intermediate and advanced level athletes designed to challenge you with constantly varied movements that will keep you on your toes!


Instructor: Lindsay Warren has a passion for health and fitness and enjoys nothing more than the opportunity to help others through their journey of obtaining a happy and healthier lifestyle.
