BILINGUAL VINYASA LEVEL 1/2
Vinyasa is a flowing, dynamic yoga practice that cultivates presence by connecting movement with breath. Level 1-2 Vinyasa classes define and align the key components of traditional and modern vinyasa practice. Beneficial for all practitioners, these classes teach important foundations while leaving space for more advanced practitioners to play.

Vinyasa es una práctica de yoga fluido, dinámico que cultiva presencia mediante la conexión de movimiento con la respiración. Clases de Vinyasa etiquetados niveles "1-2" definen y alinean los componentes claves de la práctica tradicional y moderna llamada Vinyasa. Beneficioso para todo los estudiantes, estas clases enseñan fundamentos importantes, a la misma vez dejando espacio para los practicantes más avanzados para jugar y divertirse.
What can you expect in Bilingual Vinyasa 1-2?
Poses are cued in traditional Sanskrit, so independently of your native language, there is a common language and union through the practice of yoga. We will move and breath as one in community, mat to mat with others that may not speak the same language we do, but that equally shares the love for wellness! All while cultivating compassion, understanding and respect of ourselves and others.
Honoring the classic structure of a vinyasa style class, we moving in a symmetrical way, the right side is the first to move, thus all setting and refining cues are provided on the right side in English, by the time we transition to the left side, which happens to always be the second side to move, we also transition to a different language: Spanish, all cues remain the exact same on both languages.
Instructor: In addition to being a multilingual yoga instructor, Noemi Nunez has been an immigration attorney, competitive gymnast, and environmental activist. During her yoga instruction, she incorporates alignment based practice with creative sequencing, magical transitions, breath facilitation and meditation.
