Corn Maze

Wind your way through seven acres of corn. The maze can be viewed from two 15-foot tall illuminated bridges. Visitors under the age of 10 can explore the corn mini-maze.

In an effort to reduce waste, printed maps will not be available at the mazes. Here is the map. The design this year thanks emergency first responders.

FAQs

What is a corn maze?
It is like a giant puzzle, created by rows of corn. The pathways cut into the corn form an intricate design, as well as a challenging maze with numerous dead-ends and tricky pathways.

What should I wear to Corn Maze?
Wear good walking shoes and appropriate clothing. The weather can change very quickly at Chatfield Farms. Please remember to bring a backpack or heavy-duty stroller for smaller children.

How long will it take to complete the maze?
Approximately 1 hour.

Is Corn Maze wheelchair accessible?
Corn Maze dirt paths are wide enough for wheelchairs, but may have ruts or mud during and after inclement weather.

Do you have restrooms?
Yes, there are portable restrooms.

What types of payment do you accept?
We accept cash and credit cards, but most of our food vendors accept only cash.

Are pets allowed in Corn Maze?
Pets are not permitted at Chatfield Farms. Service dogs/animals are the exception to that rule.

What if I become truly lost in the maze?
We have a security crew patrolling the maze at all times. They are there to help monitor the maze, but can also answer questions about how to find the way out.

Can we bring our own food? Will there be food available for purchase?
You may bring your own food; we have picnic tables available on a first-come, first-served basis. Food vendors will also be selling a variety of fall favorites.

I am interested in a private rental of Corn Maze. Who should I contact?
Large groups can rent the maze during the week. Please email Private Events at Chatfield Farms for more information: chatfieldrentals@botanicgardens.org
