My meager photography skills are not equal to the tremendous vistas that await you this week in the Gardens! Do you remember last fall, when a mid-October hard freeze killed the leaves on the trees and left us with only crunchy brown for our autumn color? Well, this year is more than making up for it!

Waves of color can be seen everywhere: golden grasses next to fiery barberries (Berberis) in front of orange or yellow trees, beside deep green pines--there is a picture around every corner!

Don't miss the following gardens this weekend; Woodland Mosaic, the Rock Alpine Garden, and the Japanese Garden - but you won't be disappointed no matter which path you take. Come enjoy the blue sky, fresh air and patchwork of colors this week--it will make your day!
