One of my favorite things to eat is corn. I love corn, especially fresh corn. And popcorn. And cornbread. And corn cereal. Basically, I like anything made out of corn. I even love making art projects out of corn! As you can imagine, this means I’m super excited to teach our upcoming Seedlings class, Curious Corn!

Seedlings classes offer our youngest visitors (ages 18 months to six years) and their caregiver the opportunity to discover plants and nature. Each week’s class explores a new theme with interactive explorations, nature walks, stories, and more. For Curious Corn, we will be exploring the corn plant in depth, creating art out of corn, and even playing with products made from corn. A class on corn wouldn’t be complete without giving corn a try, so in each of our classes we will be having a tasty corn snack as well.
