Proactively and courteously solicit Gift Shop sales and new Gardens’ Memberships while assessing and ensuring a respectful, positive, safe and pleasant Garden experience for our members, visitors, and customers, fellow employees and volunteers. Approximately 38 hours a week. Must be able and willing to work evenings and weekends as required.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or six to twelve months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Six to twelve months experience cash handling, computer use and customer service/problem resolution. Must be flexible and able to handle multiple and changing priorities, maintain confidentiality, and have experience working in a team environment.
