Creative Basics of Photography
Thursday, April 17, 2014 - 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Improve your images by learning these universal creative controls of photography including aperture, shutter speed and sensor sensitivity (ISO). These are the foundations of photography and understanding these will allow you to take control of your camera to create the images you imagine in your mind’s eye!
This class is for beginning DSLR photographers or those needing a refresher to understand their cameras better. This class is good for point-and-shoot photographers who may be looking to move up to a more advanced camera.
This is not a great class for strictly point-and-shoot photographers with small compact cameras.
Please bring your camera so you can refer to it during the class; however, this is a lecture style class, not a shooting class.
$36 members, $42 non-members
Instructor: Scott Dressel-Martin, official photographer of the Denver Botanic Gardens
