THE PUMPKIN FESTIVAL AT DENVER BOTANIC GARDENS AT CHATFIELD

Three fun-filled days of pumpkins, crafts and treats
Oct. 12-14, 2012
 

DENVER—Thousands of pumpkins will be ripe for the picking in the 10-acre pumpkin patch at Denver Botanic Gardens at Chatfield on Friday, Oct. 12, 10 a.m. - 5 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 13 and Sunday, Oct. 14, from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
 
Various fall-themed activities will be available, such as arts and crafts, various pumpkin-themed activities and monster hand building. Pumpkin carving demonstrations will take place on both Saturday and Sunday. Kids can also enjoy free amusement rides, explore the pumpkin patch and get their faces painted all weekend long!

A variety of vendors will be selling tasty treats and craft and educational vendors will be onsite. Free Pumpkin Daycare is available, so guests can enjoy the rest of the festival!

The average cost of a pumpkin is $8 (price is determined by size).
 
Admission to Pumpkin Festival for members and non-members:
$7 Adult/Senior/Student with ID
$5 Child (ages 3-12)
$6 Member Adult
$4 Member Child (ages 3-12)
Children 2 and under admitted free.

Proceeds from the event will support the Gardens’ conservation and education programs.

Admission to the Pumpkin Festival does not include the Corn Maze.

Denver Botanic Gardens at Chatfield is located at 8500 West Deer Creek Canyon Road in Littleton. Take I-25 south to C-470 west and exit on Wadsworth Blvd. Proceed south for ½ mile to the stoplight at Deer Creek Canyon Road. Turn right and drive ¼ mile.
