Boettcher Memorial Tropical Conservatory Tours

The Boettcher Tropical Conservatory, a state-of-the-art architectural piece and Denver landmark, is home to more than 550 plant species representing the flora and richness of the world’s rainforests. You will learn what makes rainforests unique and the importance of their preservation.

Denver Botanic Gardens at Chatfield Tours
April through September
Become enchanted by this beautiful open space of grasslands, ponds, trees, rich wildlife and history of the area. Close to urban centers (Denver and Littleton) to make them quickly accessible and far away enough to make you feel you are lost in nature, Denver Botanic Gardens at Chatfield is a perfect choice to visit and learn from the outdoors. Tours at Chatfield take you through display gardens, a 19th century schoolhouse, a historical farm and so much more!

Mount Goliath Tours
Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays
June 26 - August 4Visit the Rocky Mountains during one of our guided hikes on Mount Goliath, a sub-peak of Mount Evans. Come and discover the world’s highest rock garden, minuscule wildflowers surviving in extreme harsh conditions and the clean blue skies of the Colorado Mountains.

Gardens Staff-Led Tours
Year round dependent on staff availability
Gardens staff members are passionate about art, plants, education and the importance of preserving the world’s cultural and natural treasures. The knowledge shared by our staff spans tropical plants, gardening in challenging environments, art appreciation and preservation of old texts. These tours are designed to enrich our guests’ experience through direct interaction with one of our experts. Tours are limited to 15 people per staff member and cost $100 flat rate.

Enhance your guests' experience at the Gardens with a personalized group guided tour while you are here for a reception, a meeting, a corporate retreat, a staff or private party. Experienced Gardens docents will take you on a beautiful and enchanting walk through our world-renowned gardens. Drop-in Tours

Meet our Gardens docents and enjoy a one-hour guided tour of the Gardens at York Street. Call our Bonfils-Stanton Visitor Center at 720-865-3585 to find out which tour time will be offered on the day you plan to visit.
