Denver Botanic Gardens will begin accepting facility reservations for 2013 events on Thursday, July 26, 2012.  You may email us at private.events@botanicgardens.org with all of your contact and event information. Please do not come to the Gardens in person. All requests are on a first-come, first-served basis. We accept requests for 2012 at any time, based on availability.

Supporter member level and above, nonprofit organizations and active military personnel receive a 10 percent discount on rental rates. A 50 percent non-refundable deposit is due five business days following booking. The site fee balance is due 30 days before your event, along with set-up information. The damage deposit is $500, refundable to you after your event if the site is found in an acceptable manner. There is a $200 garden maintenance fee, which is charged per site.
