  • Meetings and corporate retreats: The Gardens is the perfect place to host a half-day, all-day or multi-day meeting. During a meeting break, we invite your guests to take a walk through the Gardens. All sites have free Wi-Fi.
  • Wedding ceremonies: This important moment calls for an impressive setting. Surrounded by fragrant blooms, lush, colorful gardens and stunning views, any site you select will ensure that your ceremony will be unique and utterly unforgettable. 
  • Receptions and gatherings: Our sites are ideal for wedding receptions, rehearsal dinners, graduation parties, bridal showers, baby showers, or any other family or professional gatherings.
  • 'Memorable Moments' Packages: Enjoy a romantic picnic surrounded by the blossoms of the Gardens. Delight in delectable hors d'oeuvres and dessert for two, or enjoy your picnic in a private reserved area.
All sites are available seven days a week, however availability may differ based on the season. Rates differ by location, season, day of the week, type of event, etc. Please call 720-865-3551 for complete pricing information.

Catering by Design is the preferred caterer for Denver Botanic Gardens. Information on additional approved caterers can be obtained by contacting our Private Events department at 720-865-3551 or private.events@botanicgardens.org.

Photography: Here is information for Commercial and Professional Photographers, Film Crews, Artists, Members of the Media and General Visitors to the Gardens.

Discounts: Supporter member level and above, and nonprofit organizations, receive a 10 percent discount on rental rates. Additional discounts may apply for non-peak seasons and days of the week.
