Denver Botanic Gardens at York Street provides a venue of unparalleled beauty and wonder for weddings, receptions, conferences, retreats and meetings.

All requests for private event reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis. Here is our Proposal for Private Rentals application that you can fill out and email back to us. We will not accept voice mail applications. If your first choice location and date is accepted you will receive a contract via email. If your requested date is not available, we will call you to verify your second choice.

Meetings and corporate retreats: The Gardens is the perfect place to host a half-day or all-day meeting. During a meeting break, we invite your guests to take a walk through the Gardens. All sites have free Wi-Fi.
Having a party for your staff? The Gardens offers two reception areas and can accommodate up to 300 people. With the culinary delights of our catering company, you can host a party your guests will never forget!
Wedding ceremonies: Your special day will be surrounded by beautifully landscaped and maintained gardens. The Gardens will complement all your wedding amenities and give you the perfect setting for your ceremony.
Receptions and gatherings: All of the indoor and outdoor sites may be rented seven days a week for a wedding reception, rehearsal dinner, graduation party, baby shower or any other family or professional gathering.
NEW! 'Memorable Moments' Packages: Enjoy a romantic picnic surrounded by the blossoms of the Gardens. Delight in delectable hors d'oeuvres and dessert for two, or enjoy your picnic in a private reserved area.

Photography: Here is information for Commercial and Professional Photographers, Film Crews, Artists, Members of the Media and General Visitors to the Gardens.

Discounts: Supporter member level and above, and nonprofit organizations, receive a 10 percent discount on rental rates.
