All requests for private event reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note we are only accepting reservation applications via email or fax. Here is our Inquiry Form that you can fill out and email back to us. We will not accept voice mail or hand-delivered applications. If your first choice location and date is accepted you will receive a contract via email. If your requested date is not available, we will call you to verify your second choice.

Denver Botanic Gardens will begin accepting facility and garden reservations for 2013 events on Monday, Oct. 1, 2012. We are still accepting reservations for 2012.

  • Meetings and corporate retreats: The Gardens is the perfect place to host a half-day or all-day meeting. During a meeting break, we invite your guests to take a walk through the Gardens. All sites have free Wi-Fi.
  • Having a party for your staff? The Gardens offers two reception areas and can accommodate up to 300 people. With the culinary delights of our catering company, you can host a party your guests will never forget!
  • Wedding ceremonies: Your special day will be surrounded by beautifully landscaped and maintained gardens. The Gardens will complement all your wedding amenities and give you the perfect setting for your ceremony.
  • Receptions and gatherings: All of the indoor and outdoor sites may be rented seven days a week for a wedding reception, rehearsal dinner, graduation party, baby shower or any other family or professional gathering.

Supporter member level and above, and nonprofit organizations, receive a 10 percent discount on rental rates.
