Denver Botanic Gardens at Chatfield Rates

  • Rentals are available 7 a.m. to midnight year-round (except where noted). Unless listed differently, a minimum 3-hour rental is required on all sites. Rental fee includes free parking and admission into the Gardens for your guests, privacy for your event for the scheduled amount of time and an on-site facility coordinator.
  • Off-Peak Discounts on Facility Rentals:
    25% off October 15 – 31
    40% off November
    25% off December 1 – 15
    40% off December 16 – April 30
    25% off May 1 – Thursday of Memorial Day Weekend
  • Supporter member level and above receive a 10 percent discount on rental rates.

INDOOR FACILITIES 2013-2014 RATES
Green Farm Barn (Indoor seating for 140; indoor standing reception for 200; outdoor seating for 500+)

Saturday minimum 6 hour rental between 7 a.m. - 4 p.m. or 5 p.m. - Midnight
  • Monday-Thursday,before 5 p.m.: $125 per hour
  • Monday-Thursday, after 5 p.m.: $175 per hour
  • Friday: $250 per hour
  • Saturday, before 5 p.m.:  $200 per hour
  • Saturday, after 5 p.m.:  $300 per hour
  • Sunday: $250 per hour
  • Monday-Wednesday Meeting Package, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.: $450 per day with standard set-up
  • $350 set-up fee plus equipment rental fee (set-up fee discounted by $150 if using full service preferred caterer)
Deer Creek Schoolhouse (Indoor seating at round tables for 40, family style for 48, classroom seating for 50, standing reception for 60)
  • Weekdays: $75 per hour
  • Weekends: $100 per hour
  • Weekday Meeting Package: $250 per day with standard set-up
  • $100 set-up fee plus equipment rental fee

Prairie Garden Canopy (tent seating for 160; outdoor grass seating for 1,000+)

  • Friday: $425 per hour
  • Saturday: $550 per hour

  • $250 set-up fee plus equipment rental (set-up fee discounted by $150 if using full service preferred caterer)
Hildebrand Ranch 
  • Weekdays: $100 per hour
  • Weekends: $125 per hour
  • Rental includes two docents for indoor tours
Open Air Chapel (outdoor seating for 500)
  • Saturday rental: $750 for 2 hours
  • Sunday-Friday rental: $600 for 2 hours
  • Rental includes four tables and 100 chairs
  • $250 set-up fee
Grass Area, including the Open Air Amphitheater, Hildebrand Vista, Green Farm Pasture and Meadows (4-hour rental)
  • Weekend Rental for 4-hours (weekdays reduced 15%)
  • $300 groups up to 100 people

Security (dependant upon group size & location) $25 per hour/per guard

BOOKING
A 50 percent security deposit (non-refundable) is due 10 days following booking the site. The balance of your fee is due 30 days before the event, along with your set-up requirements. Once the date, time, and location for your event have been decided, a contract will be sent to you to be signed and returned with the deposit. In addition to the security deposit you will be required to submit a separate form of payment for a damage deposit that will be held and returned within two weeks following your event should the site be found in an acceptable condition. The damage deposit will also be held if you exceed your allotted time. Please plan accordingly to allow for set-up, clean-up and breakdown.
