Denver Botanic Gardens at Chatfield Rates
- Rentals are available 7 a.m. to midnight year-round (except where noted). Unless listed differently, a minimum 3-hour rental is required on all sites. Rental fee includes free parking and admission into the Gardens for your guests, privacy for your event for the scheduled amount of time and an on-site facility coordinator.

25% off May 1 – Thursday of Memorial Day Weekend
- Supporter member level and above receive a 10 percent discount on rental rates.

A 50 percent security deposit (non-refundable) is due 10 days following booking the site. The balance of your fee is due 30 days before the event, along with your set-up requirements. Once the date, time and location for your event have been decided, a contract will be sent to you to be signed and returned with the deposit. In addition to the security deposit you will be required to submit a separate form of payment for a damage deposit that will be held and returned within two weeks following your event should the site be found in an acceptable condition. The damage deposit will also be held if you exceed your allotted time. Please plan accordingly to allow for set-up, clean-up and breakdown.
