Music: All outdoor areas of the Gardens are under a city noise ordinance, which does not permit amplification. Any music for your outdoor event must be acoustic. All outdoor events must end by 9 p.m. Indoor events must end by 11 p.m.

Alcohol: Denver Botanic Gardens does not have a liquor license. However, you may purchase alcohol or have the caterer purchase it for you, however it must be served by a licensed bartender to your guests of legal drinking age.

Miscellaneous Policies

  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
  • All space reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Denver Botanic Gardens is a non-smoking facility by city ordinance.

Your rental fee includes free admission to the Gardens for your guests, a changing room for the bride (if applicable) and a set-up according to your request.
There is no rain alternate for outdoor rentals. This will be discussed with you before you sign the contract.
During other special exhibits and events, you may be charged an additional fee.
